Not all Germans were Nazis during WWII, but all Germans were still prevented from entering America as tourists or immigrants. Why then do we welcome potential enemies now? There is no right to take up residence in America, but you would never know that from the attitudes one sees among the global flophouse crowd: "I hate your country but it is my right to emigrate there!"
