With all due respect and as a left-leaning fan of yours I think the case for the loyalty of Japanese-Americans should also be presented.

A combat team of soldiers assembled from the relocation camps fought with great valor in the bloody Italian campaign of WW2. This unit was one of the most decorated in the ETO.

Even if Malkin does not mention this in her book, it carries more weight than a few unsupported negative instances.

While I'm at it, the German-American Bund was openly pro Nazi. Did any one suggest interning all German-Americans on the East Coast? I think a good case could have been presented casting doubt on their loyalty.
