As a Swede this text certainly makes me upset. You of course make valid points, racism is very notable here in Sweden. But much of the unhappiness isn't towards the individuals themselves but to the government failing to help the immigrants integrate.

And you shouldn't generalize all swedes as racist! that is completely unfair. Were ALL the BRITISH people who lived during the time of the Empire people who said "hey let us oppress and abuse the native people in our colonies, because they're inferior and too stupid for running a country"

no probably not.
