What I think you're trying to say is that Turkey's experience can be somehow exported to the rest of the Muslim world. If anything Turkey is the odd man out in the Islamic world these days with most of the other Muslim majority countries heading toward some form of Islamic republic or traditional Islamic kingdom or dictatorship. What I see is more and more Muslim nations imposing 6th century Sharia law on 21st century populations.
