President Obama's wrong message

Reader comment on item: Turmoil in Egypt

The 'amatueur' reactions of President Obama and Sec. of State. H. Clington, abandoning one of the closest supporters among the Arab leaders, may be based on an inside and reliable information indicating that President Mubarak is wfinished. I doubt if such information exsists. Even if it exists, why they rushed? what other leaders, in the Middle east, and in the world in general, would think of the reliability of promises from President Obama and his Administaration. They did something that they refrained to do against their most enemy in the Middle East. This is not the only case that this Administartion proved to be far behind the reality in this particular region. The damage has been done. I wonder what King Abdallah of Saudi Arabia and King Abdallah of Jordan are thinking about the stupid reaction. Israel already learned the lessons from the first days of this Administration.
