What path Israel to take; what path the world to take?

Reader comment on item: Daniel Pipes: 'Israel Has No Policy'

Israel is a sovereign country, a member of the international community; a new, resilient, vivacious modern Jewish nation in the making. However it has no constitution or a defined policy. More so, its continuous war with the Arabs has no history to refer to; each war is a different experience from the previous one.

Additionally, the coalition government structure fails the county. Not one Israeli government yet to have lasted its term.

Israel was never really victorious. It won the wars but was always stopped a moment before a real victory to bring its enemy to total surrender. As it appears now, Israel is in total confusion at what it needs to accomplish when going to fight the enemy. More so, it now acts out of total fear of what the international community will say when it NEEDS to defend itself, thus it now fights the wars with one a half hands behind its back. How can you win a war this way? All the spirit of the Six Day War and Even Yom Kippur War has vanished and with it, the Arabs lost their fear of David.

There is only one way to win a war, and it is winning. Israel always accomplished cease fire and armistice, not always totally in its favor, but never total victory. This gave its enemies the opportunity to rearm and prepare for the next war. Therefore, Israelis live in a country where the tension of next coming war never ends.

Since that Israel is the canary in the coal mine shaft and the front line fighting Islamic jihad for 62 years I suggest the Israeli government speaks up the truth about the Palarabs' (aka "Palestinians") leadership. Post WikiLeaks, it is no longer politically incorrect to say it as it is. If not, Israel will be blamed, again and again, for "being the obstacle for peace" and the worldwide delegitimization of Israel and vilification of Jews will continue and only increase.

WikiLeaks' evidencing political chatter and the Obama administration obvious admittance to its failure to negotiate any compromise between the Palarabs and Israel is an opportunity that Israel must seize for the entire free world. The Israeli government must see this as an opportunity, essential to the preservation of the Jewish state. As Jose Maria Aznar says, when Israel goes so is the entire free world. Through all its embassies, consulates and Jewish organizations' web, the Israeli government must implement COUNTER delegitimization Campaign that is way, WAY past due. Expose the Palarabs' behavior, which is exposing the truth about most of the moslem world mindset and its anti-Westerners infidels sentiments.

  • The door is now widely open for Israel to succeed in making its case, all its need is to make it!
