Ban Tribal Fatwas from civilized world

Each time tribals issue fatwas it is being reported in the civilized and western media providing oxygen of publicity for the uncivilized tribalism in the modern world.Civilized media should come to an understanding not to report those tribal news to civilized world and let the news stay in north africa and converted countries to keep civilization intact.
