Reader comment on item: The Left's New Enemy: "Empire"

Submitted by fernando (Brazil), Oct 10, 2010 at 18:41

Mr Pipes.

Congratulations.

I'm writing you from Brazil. And this month we'll ellect a new president.

We'll have to choose between a leftist Dilma and a leftist Serra. There is no wright wing here anymore. Antonio Gramsci prevailed hegemonically here.

In 2002, Lula, before ellected, said he would work in a south south axis, which obviously meaned just what we see today. A red leftist Latin America, under the rule of Foro de Sao Paulo, linked to the islamic extremists, China and Russia. Everibody against the western civilization, and like professed by Gramsci, victory could be achieved only after destroyed christian values.
