Dr Pipes,

I love your point about everybody wanting peace but on their terms. I postulate the left wants peace but on everybody else's terms with nothing left over for us westerners.

Alot of people have taken the course that you have outlined in this talk where they refuse simply to deal with Islam on the basis of it being so morally reprehensible in their eyes that it constitutes an evil and you suggest that this has no corollary in public policy terms at present (i.e. there is no policy that can be framed if you are coming from this perspective QED the solution is to change your perspective).

I am interested to know though your philosophical position vis objectivism. If with a sufficient degree of validity these people see Islam as a moral bad are you not asking them to redefine their objective reality based upon the fact that it leads them to an unacceptable conclusion?

From your speech the conclusion that I draw is the absence of any ability to make or frame public policy to counter the evils inflicted on our populations in the west who are native, loyal to our countries and nonmuslim - simply illustrates that the west itself must evolve if it is to survive. We must construct and create a society whose laws are able to effectively defeat and isolate Islam both within and without our domiciles.

If one were to take Sweden as an example and you use it as an illustration of one of the places that is presently without hope of rescue from the Islamist menace. Not so long ago they were Islam free and had a rate of crime that was practically nonexistent. The most recent batch of crime statistics post the introduction of muslims mass immigration gives them a rate of rape that is four times that of New York state. Of course now the authorities refuse to collect crime statistics let alone those that identify the ethnicity and religious identity of the offender. Bear in mind also that we are talking about muslims here and not Islamists who are spreading anarchy and terror just in the exercise of their nominal position on womens rights - what mode of dress is appropriate - the proper treatment of infidels especially the lowest order of chattel infidel women.

I think you may be by putting faith and resources into an illusory half existent band of people when you refer to moderate muslims. As we are only capable of truly controlling our own actions and we are mostly not muslims ourselves than the only real strategy available to us is to secure own own societies. Something the europeans seem determined not to do.

This would enable us to reach a strategic equilibrium and at the barest minimum continue to exist in an increasingly Islamic world.

An essential part of this would be the complete elimination of the marxist left who are the real monkey on our back. I doubt your assertion that you will ever be able to convince these idealogues of anything. Their opinion of you is well documented in "Right profile". The left are too Dan Brown/Da Vinci Code in their world view to see anything objectively.

We could expand your analogy about their being a civil war in the Islamic world to which one side has shown up to the observation that most of us as right wingers didn't show up to battle for control of our critical institutions including the educational and publically funded media oriented ones. They are so diseased now the only real thing we can do and it would make a good first shot in this civil war to win back the west is to win government and take away all their funding. Union busting on a grand scale. But it will still take us 20 years to pull it off.

Hopefully in 20 years time their will still be a west.
