Hindu honour killings

Dear Chandra,

Further to my posting earlier regarding daily honour killings india by hindus, i am not sure if you had time to read recent stories in this regards as you would have been busy searching for the trivial news hyped in indian news media of some lunatic forcing girls to wear hijab. Good thing is that they were able succeed this pressure due their courage. But Mari Selvi from Madurai was not that lucky. She was forced to marry her own maternal uncle at the age of 17. This is widely practiced incestual custom among Hindu Brahmins, whereby daughters are forced into marrying mother's own brother. Mary selvi was not happy with marriage. Father suspected that show was going out with her friend, hired goons to get her killed.
