Our dear Fazal and the floods in Pakistan and he really has no answer

Our dear Fazal who lives in pakistan that is falling apart but does he really care? And does his Allah care about such tragedy?

It seems that it is only us kuffar that care about such tragedy of flooding attributed to a god that does not even care
