Wow, ... Being a second generation immigrant and yet to have finished my studies I'm finding it hard to chose betwen the jobs im offerd trough state funded means. I work in mixed work groups aswell and we get along fine. Besides if it was truly the racist country your talknig about, how come the racist parties such as "Sverige Demokraterna" and simular parties still cant muster more then about 2-3% in polls (too low to get at any real power).
... I believe your standpoints are similar, only difference are the ethnic groups you aim it at.
