The problem with Fox News

Reader comment on item: Israel's Strategic Incompetence in Gaza
in response to reader comment: THE MEDIA IS THE ENEMY - FOX'S MIKE TOBIN -- Tring to Compete with CNN for Most Disinformation and Disgraceful Biased and Violence-Inspiring Reporting

I have noticed this tendency amongst some Fox News reporters before. That sleaze Jeraldo Rivera is probably the most prominent in my mind. While he was pontificating about the building of Jewish homes in Jerusalem he had the nerve to state that Netanyahu did not want peace and in essence implying that Netanyahu was an obstacle to peace, He gave no background for his statements, no explanation of the real situation in Jerusalem and he painted a completely false picture of the situation and those most directly involved.

Netanyahu does want peace, he just doesn't want it on Palestinian terms and no other Jew in his right mind would want that either. If I was in Netanyahus' shoes I would make the same decisions. The Jews have already given too much to the Palestinians and what has it gained them? Only more and greater hostility. If my own folk were in the same position you can be sure that we would very quickly put an end to the matter any way we could regardless of public opinion.
