Profiling is a constitutional defense of freedom

Pipes is correct in citing the need to profile Islamic citizens. The vast majority have refused to condem acts of terrorism implying their consent. A free government is constitutionally required to protect its citizens. Sufficient controls exist to prevent abuse.
