I'm sure you agree that there is nothing to he happy about in the worsening wretchedness of the conditions under which our Palestinian cousins have to live. It isn't good for Israel to have neighbors with high unemployment, the despair that comes from having to sell chewing gum on the street, etc. What will be good for Israel is not only to have as its neighbor a Palestinian state, but to have as its neighbor a thriving, successful Palestinian state.
