Phony human rightsReader comment on item: To Profile or Not to Profile? Submitted by S.C.Panda (India), Sep 22, 2004 at 05:49 Dear Prof Pipes,The Amnesty International(AI) only trains its focus on democracies like the USA,UK, India etc. For a change, why do they not concentrate on countries like, Saudi Arabia, Islamic Republic of Iran. If these two countries are fixed, the rest of the Islamic world will follow their masters. AI and such other organisations are more interested in the human rights of the terrorists rather than their victims. Some even suspect that these are front organisations of the terrorists. Nation's security cannot be compromised on the altar of phoney human rights.
