in response to reader comment: obama AIPAC speech 2008

Submitted by Robin (United States), Mar 26, 2010 at 21:40

I was at that AIPAC speech. Most of the approximately 1600 college students applauded wildly for Obama. He did say that Jerusalem was inviolate with much forcefulness. Everyone went wild.

The very next day, speaking at a meeting with Muslim groups, he completely reversed this position, stating that everything, including Jerusalem, would be on the table for "peace" talks. This man will say anything to anyone and lie through his teeth. He is no friend to Israel, and, may, in fact, destroy any possibility to bring the two parties together.
