Shame on Amnesty International & USA

Reader comment on item: To Profile or Not to Profile? [The Abdullah al-Kidd Case]

Submitted by JALEH AZAD (United States), Sep 21, 2004 at 11:30

Over the last 25 years I have followed world affairs regarding the violation of human rights: the rights of women and children; the killing of innocents in terrorist countries, and world wide injustice. Regretfully, Amnesty International, despite its claims, has done nothing to protect innocent people. IN contrast, their mission appears to be to undermine the USA, to appease Europeans and terror sponsoring countries like Iran. The only action they have taken in the last 25 years has been "taking on" the USA, one of the few safe havens in the world for every law abiding citizen.

Shame on Amnesty International.
