So a virgin would come with no sexual baggage, however the man would bring increasing sexual baggage to each subsequent encounter. I agree it is based on rather shakey logic, and its a bit dodgy that female sexual experience is equated with baggage but male sexual experience is not. 72 virgins wouldn't last long in eternity.
