Sad to say, but who takes the trouble to analyze the issue the way you do?

In as much as it makes a lot of sense, when money is granted for a project, i doubt there is someone permanently checking the ins and outs. And when the opration is done, it is always too late to reverse the damage done.

Sad to say that the intrinsic desire of the Palestinian, at large ( Hamas or P"A) is the destructn of Israel and taking its place on the map and that no average American can comprehend.

It will not be the first nor the last ime the U"S is blowing so much money in a futile way. But we learnt to live with it
