collective suicide

Reader comment on item: On Biden in Israel

Submitted by Bill Narvey (Canada), Mar 14, 2010 at 16:41

The Israeli Government will be committing collective suicide if it continues with its policy of blindly expanding settlements. Not only does it sabotage the very critically important peace process, engender Palestinian hatred,, it deepens the isolation of Israel from the world community.

Without American support in multiple ways , Israel jeopardizes its security, and its very future as a viable nation. Settlements are simply not worth that alternative.
