Hi Stephanie , thank you for your story .Ann has posted a atory sbout her Moroccan encounter but it has landed on the last page ,Scroll to the end to read it . So many similarities ,I live and work here in Morocco so I can only comment on Moroccans . I do not date Moroccan men I have lived here for many years . If any of you lived here for just 6 months you would understand the behaviour of these men . I have met many non Moroccans in relationships with Moroccans . All have the same story to tell .

The reasons for a Moroccan to be with a non Moroccan are Papers ,money,status and sometimes free sex . The men and women here dream to get out and come home rich . The people here are wonderful and friendly but they do not have our mentality . The culture is very different it is very much a mans world here. Some wear western clothes and learn about dating and love from books and films . They coach each other on how to have a relationship with a Westerner. Most of these Moroccans have a friend who has a Western fiancee or husband /wife rarely do they introduce you to thier friends partners .No of course not you may compare notes and realise the scam.

I have to post on here as anon1 If the people knew that I was giving the secrets of "THE GAME " away my life would be in danger. Please please take note of these stories , I am sick and tired of hearing about STUPID tourists/westerners yes STUPID you see some of these people mistake kindness and generosity as STUPIDITY . They think that women go on the internet to find a husband , they think that women that holiday together are lesbians or looking for sex marriage ,because THEY CAN'T FIND MEN IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES !!!! Because I don't date these men they probably think that I am a lesbian . Not all Moroccans are like this but the decent ones are good muslims and would not drink smoke have sex outside of marriage frequent the tourist areas or chat to westerners on the internet. ...... So a westerner rarely has the chance to meet them .
