"He opens thier hearts to Islam", and "He expands thier chests to Islam" are essentially the same sentence, the latter being a more accurate translation. However, translaters take certain liberites, as "expands thier chest to Islam" may sound awkward to some one who doesnt understand Arabic idiom. Cmon man, you can do better than that.
