Truth, its polygamy and it is ILLEGAL in the USA and he signed a government form saying he IS NOT and DOES not plan to take more than one wife. Truth, if he is living in USA he must follow USA laws and governing. He can be deported I would think or stripped of his rights in USA. Muslim countries such as Morocco are trying to protect women rights by making sure the former wife knows and consents to his marrying another wife. He has to go in front of department of family affairs and also ministry of justice and believe me, they will require proper identification and a USA passport from the wife to identify herself. It's not as easy as everyone posts here. anyway, I hope this helps.
