married to algerian muslim

i just wanted to make a short coment... im nineteen and am british.. also a christian. i met my husband 4 months ago through work... and i was just wondering after reading your comment if you had been married under islamic law and also done things the halal way ie.. no sex before marriage? i wasnt a virgin when married neither was my husband... but to me i did things the way they should have been done... i havent converted to islam and neither am i being pressured to.. but i have made some life style changes,, no pork and only eating halal meat. i have not yet met my husbands family but i have been told they are extatic to hear that the eldest son in the family is finaly married... and it seems that i have been excepted with open arms....

i used to believe all of the awful things i heard about muslim men but i really do not think it is fair to catergorise these people... not all are as bad as the ones you have experienced
