I'm going to go out on a limb here but it looks like they were investigating why the girl isn't going to school. geez, the pig-headed Turk reacted like the film crew was going to take away her virginity (the most important commodity to these louts). "Schulomitter" looks like schoolmaster, and right after their charming visit, they were at the buro de schulomitter. Dumb, virgin, and at home, folks. Yeah, that's a step in the right direction! NOT!
