Hi Carol

I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you. To borrow a quite from a vocations director I know of, it would be trite of me to say "well, these things happen".

The reality about international relationships is that you never really know what you're going to get. A lot of times something screwy goes on.

It's worth noting that many women on here who try and portray confidence in their relationships from a defensive perspective are not very far along in their relationships (ie still in the immigration process).

I'll be sure and pray for you and your sons, and you're right, you were luck you got to keep them.
