Hi i know of your story as we have confided in each other for some time - i thin k now you can move on now thank god or shall we say inshallllah - you have confronted it head on.
Some people criticise this as hanging on , but it is not hanging on as we see it - it is playing the game until you feel that you have come out the other side. Its step by step and as you grow stronger you are able to analyse things more. and deal with it. Each person is different some people are stronger than others. Once you are over the hill keep running dont look back and to hell with them .
