But if they invoke Allah, or consider their work the "removal of obstructions from the path of Allah," I believe they should be referred to as "Jihadists." Jihad is frequently defined by Muslim authors as "Holy War," (I have copies of the documents), and is as much an outdated and immoral reality as slavery.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
