Qatar's chruch has no symbol?

Why Qatar churches have no cross symbol? Maybe those Qatari christian people were too lazy to make it? Or just simply NOT allow to put it? Then why muslims decry for the minarets banned in a non muslim Switzerland land? Weird!!!
