If there is an indictment does that mean there is grand jury testimony? Court Sealed & would prevent sharing with aqencies? Did that not happen with OBL N.Y. indictment 98 or 99 & Philippines computer case? Question about Anwar Awalki (linked to 9-11 hj's ,Nidal H. & now this "criminal" should be war prisoner) being the son of an advisor to Yemeni Pres. Saleh? (Aljazeera 12-24-09 Deaths in Yemen raid on al-Q)
