What's in a word?

In all fairness, "guerrillas" was but one of the synonyms offered by the New York Post. Others were "beasts", "thugs", "savage, bloodthirsty animals", "killers", "vermin", and even "terrorists".

But in referring to them as "guerrillas" I suppose the Post revealed its true colors-- soft on terrorism.
