discrimination is evilReader comment on item: Security Theater Now Playing at Your Airport Submitted by pdm (United States), Jan 8, 2010 at 10:14 It's more important that Americans die, than to 'discriminate' based upon reasoned assessment. We certainly do not want to inconvenience terrorists! After all, if it were not for Americans, the world would be a much better place - just ask a muslim! Second on the list is that it is important that Americans fear the airport (indeed, fear the world at large) by placing guards with M-16's and the like in airports (soon on the streets as well). If the thugs have to deal with this in their country it's good enough for the evil satan. Thirdly, it is important that we show the terrorists that we (the gov) are willing to sacrifice our own people in order to control the terrorists (this is probably a pope thing - killing terrorists without risk to ourselves begets a nonchalant attitude toward killing).
