Dear Mr Pipes,

Bully for you. Shame on Notre Dame and the State Department.

Big and prominent colleges and the State Department constitute half of our problems. In some magazine, perhaps Insight or NewsMax.com, there was a brief article expressing President Bush's intent to overhaul the State Department should he be elected. Any word on that?
