I'm reading Eurabia

Reader comment on item: [Theo van Gogh and] "Education By Murder" in Holland
in response to reader comment: Anyone here read, "EURABIA: The Euro-Arab Axis" by Bat Ye'or

Submitted by Wileen Sheehan (Canada), Dec 3, 2009 at 07:05

I bought the book Eurabia after reading the book, While Europe Slept by Bruce Bawer. Bawer's book is a"report on the failure of European liberals to confront Islamic extremism in their own countries". Ye'or's book is a well researched history and analysis of how the current situation came to be. I've been doing my own investigation of some of the organizations and claims she makes in her book and have found no inconsistancies. An absolute must-read for anyone wanting to understand current events in Europe and the Middle East.
