simple solution -- model the SaudisReader comment on item: Wasted U.S. Spending in Iraq: $53 billion and Counting Submitted by ysc (United States), Nov 25, 2009 at 14:47 Iraq would do well to model the Saudis and other oil-rich Gulf states....that is, use their oil wealth to import and employ specialists from other countries to run their sophsiticated, infidel-designed systems. Without such foreign expertise that heavily populates their lands, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf states would no doubt be floundering running their high-tech water, medical, etc. systems just like the Iraqis are now.
