Modernization?

Dragging the Arabs into the twentieth century, much less the twenty-first, has nothing to do with money and everything to do with psychology.

Individuization is the key. As the long as the group mentality dominates their culture they will remain backward, violent and a threat to everyone else.

Free the individual from the tribe and clan and especially compulsory religion - and everything else, including the creation of wealth, will follow.

New hospitals, facilities, roads and so on are just superfluous right now.
