Considering that CFR members created La Raza, I would not be surprised if the CFR was also responsible for creating CAIR. The CFR itself was founded by the founding members of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System. The CFR has been advocating world government in its "Foreign Affairs" magazine since at least December 1922.

If you look into the founding members of the "United Nations" you will also notice a large number of CFR members. The same is true for its predecessor the "League of Nations". Both of these organizations were created for the same purpose; world governance.

Research the history of these organizations and you will understand why there are so many so called "conspiracy theories" about them.
