I agree with your article, but I feel your simple question, "Are you receiving funds from Saudi Arabia," should be modified. Due to the fact that the PR is a US entity, one could honestly answer such question by saying "no." A better question would therefore be: "Are you receiving funds, directly or indirectly, from Saudi Arabia or any individuals or entities closely connected with Saudi Arabia?"
