One cheer for Netanyahu

The success came at a cost: Obama forced Netanyahu to limit construction in Judea and Samaria. Netanyahu can only be congratulated for having retreated one step instead of two. There was no need to retreat at all. He had a great opportunity for telling Washington that it cannot govern Israel.
