Religion the Greatest Con Job in History

Most religious texts depict their God or religious icons as vengeful, hateful personages who (in a comment in this post, hates blacks and apparently thinks non-Arab muslims are fools etc). How people get bogged down following with such certainty that they are correct, stories about virgin births, Gods, second-comings, resurrections etc is a mystery given that there is not one iota of evidence.

You don't hear about athiests killing and maiming each other. The sooner we rid the world of religion, and especially islam, the better.
