King Ibn Saud explains the relationship between the Jewish people and mohammedans

Reader comment on item: One Cheer for Obama's Foreign Policy

While Harry Truman was President of the United States, the ambassador (Willaim Eddy) to Saudi Arabia reported that the king of Saudi Arabia, Ibn Saud, told Mr. Eddy, "...if America should choose in favor of the Jews, who are accursed in the koran as enemies of the muslims until the end of the world, it will indicate to us that America has repudiated her friendship with us."

This was taken from the book "A Safe Haven" by Allis & Ronald Radosh - they provide the source reference.

Throughout the history of the United States, prominent individuals (including Presidents John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and John Quincy Adams) have written about the evils of islam. Here, a leader of an islamic country provides compelling proof of the danger of islam. Why is this not discussed?

The goal(s) of the administration of the United States is/are to protect the citizens of this great country. If that means killing all muslims slowly and deliberately, then so be it. They started this war not us - 14 centuries ago.

But, along with the military 'arm' of this effort, there must also be a 'reprogramming' arm. After all, if the king of SA (quoted above) believes that all the Jews are enemies of muslims, there must be an effort to change this attitude. Since the koran is the 'holy' book of all muslims, the only way to eliminate the bigoted and violent ideas is to ELIMINATE the koran and islam. Anyone who says otherwise is no student of history, logic or intelligence.
