Our dear Mansoor the wannabe Arab so where would i find in the Qur'an or the hadith or the sira the following

ya ahl scandanavia itba3oo waqti makka aw bakka li siyyam ramadan li ani lam a3raf ay shay'an 3an al-yawm fi al-qutb al-shamali

So where would i find it? Your Allah is an Arab and no more
