The harsh reality is to dump him immediately. He's just conning you into romance, money, sex and what ever he can get out of you for his own benefit and kicks. He will never be allowed by the American authorities to visit you in America and he will never marry you in Egypt either. Don't waste your time with this lazy low life who spends the majority of his time in an internet cafe scamming foreign women. There are better things in front of you without this man.
