Dear Prof Pipes,
I could guess that the Promising Practice Guide is a biased document in favour of the Islamists. This refers to racial profiling. But may I ask, has not Islam made the religious profiling in its classification of humans such as 1) Muslims,2) Jews and Christians and 3)Kafirs/Infidels. Let those accuse the US Administration of Racial Profing, defend this Islamic human classification in a public debate.
