Please use the term "Mormons" correctly.

Reader comment on item: Harems Accepted in the West

Submitted by John Pruess (United States), Jul 25, 2009 at 00:02

Sen. Harry Reid is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. "Mormons" is a term that is commonly used to refer to this church. It is incorrectly used to refer to members of various polygymous sects that have split away from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is against church rules for a Mormon to engage in polygamy. If one does, one will be excommunicated.
