JC, a fellow Australian has commented correctly on this prior to my point, but as a local of these fires I have to add my dismay that you would try and make political capital out of a disaster which has no links to your "cause". We have just had a Royal Commission into the February fires there is NO evidence of links to islamist groups or terrorists of any stripe or flavour. Fire starters here tend to be single , low income mentally challenged males of the dominant ethnic group many of whom actually work for the volunteer fire fighting services the CFA.

In a similar vein the fundamentalist Christian nut jobs called Salt Shakers tried to blame the fires and deaths on Victorian changes to Abortian law with an equal lack of sense or good taste. ..
