urfi orfiReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by becreative (United Kingdom), Jul 1, 2009 at 16:32 Margaret can you clear up this point please - The customary marriage act that i have states that my husband ......blah ........agree and are bound by the conjugal tie and so it goes on to conditions where The sons that they both procreate will be legal sons and their expenditure and care will be of their father .....and so on .....also that the parties are entrusted to presume the contract to the estate notarization department and take measures. etc this seems a binding contract of conditions to me, and im wondering how this cannot be taken as a little more important than a paper......i would appreciate your opinion on this please.
