Was that paper he was talking about an orfi?

According to my previous post , I am wondering now if that " legal paper" he was talking about was actually an "orfi" !

Can an orfi been signed by only one person ( in this case only him) or it needs both signatures? As a matter of fact, he was talking about a declaration to the Egyptian authorities of me , as a foreigner, staying legally in his family home.

Was that an orfi?
