remember the Taliban?

Reader comment on item: Bibliography – My Writings on the Mujahedeen-e Khalq

Submitted by Jill Neily (Canada), Jun 29, 2009 at 11:03

Dear Dr. Pipes, I know nothing about the Iranian Mujahadeen but I do remember former "allies" of the US such as the Taliban when they fought the Soviets, also Sadam Hussein and others. I say beware of your friends - who knows if and when they could become enemies.

Shalom, Jill Neily
